Alviverde and Colorado await a draw that will define upcoming clashes.
Internacional repeated the score of the first game, in Goiânia. The 2-1 victory against Atlético-GO, this time in Porto Alegre, secured Colorado for the next phase of the Brazil Cup. In a great phase, Thiago Galhardo came from the bench and opened the scoring. Rodnei expanded to Inter, and for Atlético-GO, Júnior Brandão reduced the difference. The classification resulted in a R$3.3 million award to the gaucho team’s treasure, regarding CBF money prize award.
Botafogo yet again disappointed the fans. The goalless draw against Cuiabá, at Arena Pantanal, resulted in the team elimination, which now only has the Brazilian Championship to compete in the season.
