Brazil returns to the field to face Peru for the second round of Copa América

Tite is expected to make seven changes from Venezuela’s previous debut

After beating Venezuela 3-0 on their debut, a Brazilian team returns to a field to face Peru in the second round of the Copa América. The ball rolls at 9 pm (Brasilia time) at the Nilton Santos Stadium, in Rio de Janeiro, in a duel that reprints the final of the last edition of the tournament.

For the match up soon, Tite must make changes to the team in relation to the debut game. The first move could be in the goal, with Ederson in place of Alisson. Thiago Silva will probably double back with Éder Militão, with that Marquinhos will go to the bench. On the left flank, Alex Sandro replaces Renan Lodi. In the middle, Casemiro gives way to Fabinho, and Everton Ribeiro can take the title instead of Fred. Everton Cebolinha could be the offensive, as he made the last training session in the starting lineup. And finally, Gabigol replaces Richarlison.

Peru, on the other hand, makes its debut in the Copa América and seeks the first three points in the table. Still unable to count on Paolo Guerrero injured and out of competition, coach Ricarddo Gareca must have Lapadula in charge of the attack. Cueva, caught at a party without a mask before the team leaves for Rio de Janeiro, will be embezzled. Iberico will be your replacement.

Brazil leads Group B of the Copa América, with three points, on goal difference. In second place is Colombia, which today, at 6 pm (GMT), faces Venezuela at the Olympic stadium, in Goiânia. The group also has Ecuador, who lost to a Colombian team on their debut and off this round.
