In the comeback, England beat Denmark and will now face Italy in the final

After a 1-1 draw in normal time, the English win in overtime by 2-1

For the first time in history, England is in the final of the Euro Cup. At Wembley Stadium in London, England beat Denmark 2-1 in overtime and stamped their passport for decision.

In a beautiful free kick by Damsgaard, a Denmark opened the scoring, 30 minutes into the first half. It was the first free-kick in the country’s history in the Euro.

Shortly after the goal scored by the visitors, the English went on the attack to seek a draw. With 39 minutes of play, Bukayo Saka created a play on the right side and, in a cross for Sterling, defender Simon Kjaer backed up against, scoring for England.

With the tie, the game reached overtime and, still in the first stage of overtime, England won their chance to score their winning goal. On minute 14, a controversial penalty was scored for the English and, in the charge, Schmeichel defended Kane’s hit, who scored the goal on the rebound.

Now England and Italy are in the final, which will be this Sunday (11), at 4 pm (GMT). The English try for the unprecedented title, while the Italians, who haven’t won since 1968, are looking for the second title.
