In a single match, teams go in search of the Libertadores tri-championship
One of the most anticipated days of the South American football season has arrived. It is the decision of Libertadores with the right to a Brazilian derby. Palmeiras and Flamengo decide this Saturday, at 5 pm (GMT), the title of the Copa Libertadores 2021. The final, which will be played in a single match, takes place at the Centenário stadium, in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Palmeiras and Flamengo have already fought in six knockouts, with three wins for each side: Verdão won the final of the Rio-São Paulo State Champions Cup 1942, the quarterfinals of the 1999 Brazil Cup and the semis of the Copa dos 2000 Champions; Rubro-negro won the semifinals of the 1997 Brazil Cup, the 1999 Mercosur final and the 2021 Super Cup final.
With only the embezzlement of Marcos Rocha (suspended), Palmeiras promises maximum strength. Mayke should be the replacement for the full-back. Coach Abel Ferreira also has Felipe Melo, who has recovered from knee pain, was in doubt. It is not known whether the steering wheel starts between the holders or on the bench.
