Haaland shines again, and puts Germans in the quarterfinals, which hasn’t happened since 2017
He doesn’t stop. With two goals in the draw between Borussia and Sevilla in Germany, Erling Haaland, only 20, became the youngest to reach 20 goals in the history of the UEFA Champions League.
Borussia took the lead with the Norwegian, who again extended the scoring to the home team after a penalty kick. Sevilla went down with En-Nesyri, who would still score another goal in extra time. The Spaniards even put pressure, as the 3 to 2 would take the vacancy for extra time, but it was for that very reason.
With the classification Borussia Dortmund returns to dispute a quarter-final of Champions, something that had not happened since 2017, when at the time the Germans eliminated Benfica and were then disqualified by Monaco.
