Canarinhas has a good campaign, but it’s the American ones that take the title
The Brazilian women’s team ended their participation in the She Believes Tournament, which took place in Orlando, USA. With goals from Debinha and Júlia Bianchi, Brazil defeated the Canadian team by 2 to 0 and took second place on the podium, with six points won. The team of coach Pia Sundhage closed the dispute with the following campaign: there were six goals scored and only three conceded, with two wins and one defeat.
The title went to the American team, which after beating Argentina 6-0, ended their participation in the tournament with 100% success. In addition to the title, the Americans reached the mark of 37 unbeaten games.
