The duel between Flamengo and São Paulo is the highlight in the new phase of the competition.
The draw held at CBF headquarters in Rio de Janeiro defined the games for the quarterfinals of the Brazil Cup. América-MG, Ceará, Cuiabá, Flamengo, Internacional, Grêmio, Palmeiras, and São Paulo will compete for a spot in the semifinals. Those who qualify will receive a prize of seven million reais. The draw also defined the home field advantage and the games until the final.
Flamengo x São Paulo (Game 1 in Rio de Janeiro / Game 2 in São Paulo)
Cuiabá x Grêmio (G1 at Cuiabá / G2 at Porto Alegre)
Palmeiras x Ceará (G1 at São Paulo / G2 at Fortaleza)
Internacional x América-MG (G1 in Porto Alegre / G2 at Belo Horizonte)
The winner of the match between Flamengo and São Paulo will face whoever wins in the duel Grêmio x Cuiabá. On the other side of the key, those who advance between Palmeiras and Ceará will play with the winner of Internacional and América-MG.
