Rubro negro now only depends on you to raise the eighth championship trophy

In the early final of the Brazilian Championship, Flamengo won and beat Internacional 2-1 at Maracanã.  The visitors opened the scoring after Edenílson converted a penalty kick.  Flamengo pressed and came to a draw with Arrascaeta after a good play by Bruno Henrique.  In the second half, VAR called referee Raphael Claus, who expelled Rodnei, after entering Filipe Luís. The move generated much controversy.  Rogério Ceni played with the team, putting the most offensive red color, and it worked.  Gabigol kicked a cross and stamped the colored net.

With the victory, Flamengo reached 71 points and assumed the leadership of the Brasileirão with a round to the end.  Internacional, with 69, fell to second place in the classification.  The two teams will return to the field next Thursday, at 9:30 pm, Brasília time.  The red-black goes to Morumbi to face São Paulo, while Colorado receives Corinthians, in Beira-Rio.

Scenario for the title of the last round:

Flamengo’s victory over São Paulo: Flamengo champion.

Flamengo draw with São Paulo and Internacional’s victory over Corinthians: Colorado champion.

Flamengo draw with São Paulo and Internacional’s draw or defeat in the game against Corinthians: Flamengo champion.

Flamengo’s defeat by São Paulo and Internacional’s victory over Corinthians: Colorado champion.

Defeat of Flamengo to São Paulo and defeat of Colorado to Corinthians: Flamengo champion.
