Lakers beat Warriors and advance to the playoffs. Curry team fights for the last spot with Memphis on the West Coast

There were two games worthy of knockout. Excitement washed over the West Coast last night, with the Memphis Grizzlies and the Los Angeles Lakers getting the better of it. With the 103 to 100 victory over the Warriors, the Lakers managed to advance to the playoffs and now face the Phoenix Suns in the best of seven. Golden State Warriors face the Memphis Grizzlies, who also beat the and eliminated the Spurs 100-96.

In the duel between Lebron James and Stephen Curry, the Los Angeles star won. With a double triple (22 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists) the player was responsible for leading the team in the victory by 103 to 100. Golden State led by three quarters, but in the end, the hosts turned the game which was decided at the last minute, with an unlikely three-pointer from Lebron, in a chaotic move.

Earlier, Memphis Grizzlies beat San Antonio Spurs, in a great balanced match, which culminated in Grizzlie’s victory by 100 to 96. Jonas Valanciunas was the highlight of the confrontation with 23 points and 23 rebounds. Grizzlies are still alive in the competition, while the Spurs are eliminated. It is the first time in the franchise’s 45-year history that the team will not be in the postseason for two years in a row.
