Paris team relies on Mbappé’s return to try what may be the season’s only title
The ball rolls at 16h (Brasília time) at the Stade de la Monsson, in Montpellier for a match between the hosts and PSG, valid for the semifinals of the French Cup, in a single match. To reach this stage, the team of Mauricio Pochettino had no difficulties and thrashed Angers by 5 to 0. Montpellier, on the other hand, won the modest Canet Roussillon by 2 to 1, upset, playing a good part of the match with one less player.
PSG may have the only title of the season in the Cup, as they saw Lille break away in the Ligue 1 table, and in the Champions League, he was eliminated for City. In Wednesday’s game, Parisians should expect Mbappe to return. Meanwhile, Kimpembe, Herrera and Verratti are suspended.
On the Montpellier side, the team wants to take advantage of the rival’s unstable moment to win the classification. The team counts on the returns of Mollet and Savanier, after serving suspension.
Whoever passes will catch the winner of the match between Rumilly Vallières and Monaco, which will be tomorrow at 4:15 pm (Brasília time).
