With goals from Mbappé and assists from Neymar, PSG beat Bayern 3-2

Under snow, Frenchmen start ahead in the first duel of the quarterfinals

The pair Mbappé and Neymar starred in another great performance for PSG. Playing at the Allianz Arena in Munich, the French were undaunted and beat Bayern 3-2 in a game under snow.

Mbappé opened the scoring after a good move by Neymar. The Brazilian striker was also responsible for a beautiful assist for Marquinhos to expand the score. On the Bayern side, Muller and Choupo-Moting left everything the same. But in the second half the French striker, again, put the visitors ahead of the scoreboard. If in front the attacking duo got the job done, behind goalkeeper Navas also deserves mention and was one of those responsible for the victory.

Now the French qualify with any draw or even defeats by 1 to 0 or 2 to 1. The Germans need to win by two goals difference to advance to the semifinals or win by one goal difference as long as they score at least 4 goals. The two teams will face each other again next Tuesday, April 13, at the Parc Des Princes, in Paris.
